Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

TRACKING INFORMATION


You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes we can cancel your order but it has to be as soon as possible because we ship items quickly. Once your order has shipped it will be too late to cancel.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES


GeXo Store is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. Once orders are delivered to the address given, we are no longer responsible for the order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

For all international orders outside UK., we are not responsible for any customs fees once we have shipped the items. When purchasing our products, you consent that one or more of your packages may be shipped to you and you may receive a custom fee when they arrive in your country.

Return & Refund Policy

Below is some information on how it works:

Should your decide within 14 days (of delivery date) that you do not like the product, your entitled to send it back for a refund or exchange!

When you return you will be eligible for:

1. An exchange (of equal value to your original order) or

2. A refund on the order (less shipping cost).

To be eligible for the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Item must be in brand new condition, have the original packaging, and must not be damaged.

  2. Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  3. Return shipping is the customer responsibility.

  4. Shipping cost is not refundable.

  5. Discount sale items are not eligible for returns & refunds.

  6. Refund and returns cannot be initiated if the package is still in transit.

  7. Return must be approved by customer support (do not send back to the address on your package).

Should your product arrive and you notice it is damaged or is somehow broken, we will send you a replacement 100% FREE!

 

GeXo Store warranty does not cover physical damage from misuse or accidental damage to the product.
